Sponsored Guest Permits

Cal Poly departments can purchase parking for their guests in advance of their arrival. The following request form allows Cal Poly entities to sponsored permits under the following circumstances:

• daily or weekly permits
• for sponsored guest parking
• for up to 10 guests

Permits are collected by the sponsoring department at Transportation and Parking Services inside Public Safety, Building 36. The permits will be charged to the chartfield string provided on the request form. No refunds will be granted for permits collected.

Sponsored Guest parking permits will be honored in designated sponsored guest, commuter or staff spaces.

Any vehicle that is registered to or in use by any Cal Poly employee or currently enrolled student are NOT entitled to the use of Sponsored Guest parking permits and will be issued a notice of parking violation if found displaying such a permit.

Every effort will be made to fulfill your order within 2 business days. You will receive a copy of the form when it has been processed by Transportation and Parking Services via Adobe Sign.

To park more than 10 guests for a campus function, please email parking@calpoly.edu to communicate directly with our Transportation and Parking Services team to find a solution that best fits your needs.
